We support each tool as intended to be used by the manufacturer. Some are designed to be used by multiple brands, while others are dedicated to a single brand and shouldn’t be operated in parallel. If you have any questions about your specific set up, feel free to get in touch.
We will support any genuine dealer tool, whether you bought it from us or somewhere else. However, we’ll need to carry out verification checks on the device and the Vehicle Communications Interface before we start work.
We need your device to meet the relevant manufacturer software requirements, and to have Windows 10 Professional installed.
